Prepare for your sleep study page
In Lab Sleep Study Testing:
What to Expect During Your Sleep Study
Please arrive at our lab located at 8210 Southpark Terrace, Littleton, CO 80120 at either 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM. Our sleep center coordinator will confirm your date and time prior to the study. An experienced technologist will greet you and guide you to your room. They will kindly explain the process to ensure you feel comfortable. Over the next 45 minutes, sensors will be gently placed on your head, chest, stomach, and legs. These are completely painless and allow you to move freely, including getting up to use the restroom.
If you’re not ready for bed right away, feel free to relax by reading or using a personal electronic device. Once you’re ready to sleep, please let the technologist know, and they will help you settle in.
Your study will conclude between 5:00 and 6:00 AM where the technician will remove the sensors.
Preparing for Your Sleep Study
Before your appointment at the CCPS Sleep Center, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience:
